This document will describe our privacy policy, informing you of how your information is managed when you access the website and when you fill in and send the contact form found on the aforementioned website, as well as when you voluntarily decide to send your curriculum vitae via the specific dedicated application.

In accordance with art. 11 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (the so-called Privacy Code), the processing of your data will be characterised by the principles of accuracy, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy.


1. Purposes of processing.

Your data will be processed by Penta S.r.l. for the following purposes:

To provide the service requested, to comply with legal obligations and, finally, to profile the curriculum vitae submitted spontaneously.

To provide commercial, promotional and marketing communications, as well as to carry out market research and statistical analyses, only if you have given your specific and express consent.

2. Method of processing.

Your data will be processed in paper or electronic form, depending on the circumstances strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data.

3. Duration of processing.

Your data will be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and, in any event, for the period prescribed by civil and tax regulations.

4. Type of data processed.

Penta S.r.l. will only process your non-sensitive data and browsing data.

Personal data" is considered to be any information relating to an identified or identifiable (also indirectly) natural person, with reference to any other information; "browsing data" is considered, on the other hand, to be information relating, for example, to IP addresses or the names of the computers used by users who connect to the website, as well as other parameters relating to a user's operating system and computer environment.


5. Provision of data and consequences of failure to consent to processing.

The provision of your data for the purposes referred to in point a) of art. 1 is compulsory, since your refusal to provide the data in question will make it impossible to use the service requested and offered by Penta S.r.l..

On the other hand, the provision of your data for the purposes referred to in point b) of art. 1 is optional and can be expressed by selecting the appropriate box at the bottom of the contact form available on the website. The absence of consent does not imply the impossibility of accessing the services requested, but only the impossibility of receiving the more complete information and activities specified in point b) of art. 1 above.

7. Data storage and security measures.

In accordance with and through the effects of art. 31 of the Privacy Code, Penta S.r.l. guarantees that the security and confidentiality of the data you provide will be protected by appropriate security measures.

8. Rights of the person concerned.

As provided for in art. 7 of the Privacy Code, the data subject has the right to obtain, at any time, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his/her data and to know the content and origin, to verify the accuracy and to request the integration, updating or adjustment of the data. In accordance with the same article, the data subject has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as, in any case, to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.

10. Jurisdiction and applicable court.

For any dispute that may arise in relation to the processing of personal data and the browsing activities of a user who has accessed this website, or who has used the relevant contact form, the Italian legal provisions shall apply and the competent court will be exclusively the Court of Reggio Emilia.

If, on the other hand, the user has acted in his or her capacity as a consumer for purposes other than the business or professional activity carried out, as provided for by Italian law 206/2005, the competent court will be the place where the user has his or her residence or domicile.
