COMPOSITION:
No. 1 light aluminum alloy contact clamp with foldable jaw and screw tightening provided with aluminum torque limiter bound to the active part, length 100 mm, suitable for the tightening on conductors from ø 6 mm up to ø 15 mm. diameter. Suitable for the use on traction networks 3 kVdc and 25 kVac |
A – HEAD COMPONENT
No. 1 tubular stick in epoxy resin with fiberglass, length = 1450 mm the inner part of the pipe is filled with polyurethane foam according to the No.rm CEI EN 60855. |
Male joint with press button coupling. Total length of the clamp plus head component: 1500 mm |
No. 1 flexible copper cable sec. 70 mm2 length = 7,6 m covered with silicone |
No. 1 clamp for the connection to the rail provided with coupling for the tightening of the clamp to the rail. |
B – EXTENSION ELEMENT

When the sticks A and B are assembled, the device is suitable for the use on catenary-line conductors at 25 kVac with insulation pulsed voltage at 250 kV. |
C – BASIC COMPONENT
No. 1 tubular stick in epoxy resin with fiberglass, length = 1500 mm the inner part of the pipe is filled with polyurethane foam according to the Norm CEI EN 60855. Female joint, end cap, rubber hand guard and lightening device for the cable. When the sticks A B and C are assembled, the device with a length of about 4600 mm is suitable for the use either on conductors with kVdc, or 25 kVac with insulation pulsed voltage at 250 kV. |
No. 1 metal box treated with yellow paint RAL 1018, dimensions 200 X 200 x 1700 mm for the storage and the transport of the device, provided with handles and lockable closure. |
